My must-have for a quiet night includes a bag of Sea Salt & Vinegar chips, and they must be kettle cooked because I’m a fancy man. Second, I’d light my candles. To top it all off you’ll have to pour yourself a drink. For that, you have this week’s cocktail, The Honey Bear. It’s a delectable little drink with a hint of citrus delivered over the sweet and floral flavors of gin and honey. If you’re entertaining, your guests will be impressed by the use of egg whites in the recipe.
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 1 Egg white
- Cinnamon to garnish
- Pour gin, egg whites, lemon juice, ice and honey into a shaker
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to emulsify the cocktail mix with the egg whites
- Strain the mix into a small rocks glass
- Garnish with cinnamon
